Added a charts page

I added a Charts Page to the site.  This is an experimental page for now and will probably change over time.  Currently, I have charts for the two indicators used by the Alpha strategy.  They show how the indicators have moved in the recent past.  Both are based in a Google Docs spreadsheet that gets updated regularly.  Updating them there will update them on this website too.  Pretty cool – at least to me. 

**Update – I added a chart for the TSP strategy indicator.  It compares the 7 and 200 day moving averages of the S&P 500 index.  This one will probably get updated weekly.
